Students awarded the Oakland Promise scholarship receive scholarship funds (ranging from $2,000 to $4,000, and a limited number of scholarships at $8,000 and $16,000 levels) as well as mentoring, peer-advising, networking opportunities, and other persistence support and services to achieve college success.
